PT 6

The Centre runs several PT 6 series throughout the year. This unique program of small group training sessions will deliver the fully personalised experience you deserve. The sessions are a great way to supercharge your workout, accelerate your results and work without braking the bank PT6 combines functional and strength training in a structured six-week course designed to build a range of skills and techniques. Each workout builds on the last and you will feel supported every step of the way. Train with other like-minded individuals and motivate each other towards success.

MY Fitness Map 

MY Fitness Map is a series of appointments completed over a 12 week period to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout and keeping track of your results and best of all it is free with your fitness membership. During your initial consult you will sit down with one of our Personal Trainers and discuss your health history, training experience, goals and baseline measurements. At the end of your consult your trainer will either take you through prepared workout suited to your needs or create a custom tailored program just for you.

About Jess:

I love working with women to increase their confidence and knowledge base around their training. I am passionate about showing women that putting themselves first and taking care of both their physical and mental health leads to them being the very best versions of themselves. Currently completing my Nutrition studies, I enjoy educating people on the importance of fuelling your body for enjoyment as well as for their training and recovery.

About Nikki:

I’m passionate about helping people to be fit in a functional way that equips them for life. My training style is based around developing great body mechanics using free weights and body weight. Since no two people are exactly the same I try to individualise each program to suit the needs of each client and help each to achieve the best version of themselves.

About Taryn:

My love for this industry stems into many different areas within the Centre I teach varying programs throughout the venue but my main drive is for longevity. I love working towards goals that complement lifestyles. I have a background in Yoga so I like to focus on mindset. I have worked in the industry for 7 years, upskilling in nutrition and always expanding into different lifestyle wellness practice that extends into our lives.
