New Group Fitness Timetable 

20th June 2022

Our latest Group Fitness Timetable is out and in effect from Monday 20th June 2022. 

We are excited to bring to you two new classes.


You can join us for HIIT 'N' RUN on Friday mornings at 5:50am where our Instructor will take you through a High Intensity Interval Training class that will challenge you and get you results. Class formats will change regularly to keep you on your toes. You can expect AMRAP, EMOM and circuits. 

Pump Fusion will be on Thursdays at 5:45pm. This class combines Les Mills Body Pump and Les Mills Body Balance delivering you the ultimate workout session. 30 minutes of Pump followed with 30 minutes of Balance leaving you lean, strong and centred.
