MALC, your go-to fitness destination for all ages, is thrilled to announce the launch of two dynamic programs designed specifically for our little champions — Gym Fit Kidz!

Kindy Gym Class (2.5 - 5 years): Building Confidence Through Play

In our Kindy Gym Class, we're turning fitness into a fantastic adventure for our youngest members. Parents, get ready to join in the fun as your little ones explore their physical abilities in a safe and supportive environment. From dancing and stretching during warm-ups to an exciting equipment circuit and optional hand-held activities, it's a journey of discovery and development. We believe in the power of free play, allowing children to gravitate to their favourite activities. The session ends with a gentle parachute activity. All children are encouraged to participate at their own pace, fostering confidence and coordination.

Classes kick off on Tuesday, February 6th, from 10.00am to 10.45am, and the 8-week term is priced at an unbeatable $104. Act fast to secure your spot as places are limited.

Gym Fit Kidz (6 - 10 years): Unleashing the Power of Gymnastics and Fitness

For our older champions aged 6 to 10, the Gym Fit Kidz program combines the best of gymnastics and fitness movements. Led by a Level 1 Kindy Gym Instructor & Cert IV Personal Trainer, this program is designed to make fitness not only beneficial but also incredibly fun. From an energetic warm-up set to music to lessons in coordination, control, and spatial awareness, kids will experience a holistic approach to physical activity. The program focuses on building flexibility, strength, and balance.

Classes begin on Monday, February 5th, from 3.30pm to 4.15pm, and the 7-week term is priced at just $91. Limited spots are available, so don't miss out—secure your spot now!
