I love working with women to increase their confidence and knowledge base around their training. I am passionate about showing women that putting themselves first and taking care of both their physical and mental health leads to them being the very best versions of themselves. Currently completing my Nutrition studies, I enjoy educating people on the importance of fuelling your body for enjoyment as well as for their training and recovery.

Nikki is passionate about helping people to be fit in a functional way that equips them for life. Nikki's training style is based around developing great body mechanics using free weights and body weight. Since no two people are exactly the same Nikki individualises each program to suit the needs of each client and help each to achieve the best version of themselves.

Remaining mobile, strong and fit throughout our life and as we get older is so important and I love being able to help people realise their own strengths and set and achieve realistic goals to continue to improve.

I love all types of fitness activities and believe a broad range of movement styles, exercises and training principles will keep people feeling great throughout their lives.

With a background in Primary School Teaching, I love to share my knowledge of the fitness industry and use those skills to help people reach their personal and fitness goals.

My love for this industry stems into many different areas within the Centre I teach varying programs throughout the venue but my main drive is for longevity. I love working towards goals that complement lifestyles. I have a background in Yoga so I like to focus on mindset. I have worked in the industry for 7 years, upskilling in nutrition and always expanding into different lifestyle wellness practice that extends into our lives.
