The MALC’s youth fitness programme MY Active Teen, offers the opportunity to start a health and wellness journey off on the right foot to ensure the development of a life-long love of fitness. Offering access to pools (lap & leisure), courts, Group Fitness Classes (excluding Pump) and MY Active Teen Gym Sessions. MY Active Teen 14/15 years Membership also includes gym entry (unaccompanied during gym staffed hours OR MALC 24/7 gym access when accompanied by parent/guardian who are a member).
