The MALC 24/7 Gym is a large but intimate fully equipped 24/7 gym with first class fitness equipment. The Centre is staffed with experienced and qualified fitness professionals to provide members with guidance and support to get the most out of work outs.

With 24/7 access, you can access the Centre anytime or day of the week to ensure whatever is happening in the rest of your life around work, fun or family commitments, the gym will always be open and available for you to come get a workout in.

The gym is staffed at various times throughout the day, with various programs and training in operation. The MALC offers individual and group personal training.

Our new toilet and change-room facilities are great for getting ready for work or for an appointment after a workout. The change-rooms include secure oversized lockers for members to use; simply bring your own padlock or purchase one from reception!
