Get ready to ignite your child’s passion for fitness with our Gym Fit Kidz program, tailor-made for kids aged 6 to 9 years! This exciting program blends the dynamic elements of gymnastics with the energy of fitness training. Led by a Level 1 Kindy Gym Instructor and Cert IV Personal Trainer, Gym Fit Kidz offers a vibrant atmosphere that combines:
Energetic warm-ups set to music.
Lessons in coordination, control, and spatial awareness.
Activities focused on building flexibility, strength, and balance.
No classes are currently scheduled.
