Getting Started is Easy:
Step 1: Download the app first!
Step 2: See a MALC PT
Our trainers will add you to the MALC Gym within the app. This step is important, it’s the only way you’ll gain access to MALC’s curated workouts created by our PT team.
Step 3: Start your journey
Log your workouts, track your progress, and enjoy programs designed to keep you moving forward.
Pro Tip: Downloading the app ensures you’ll also receive notifications when you are near the Centre (if you’ve allowed notifications and have Bluetooth switched on).
