MALC Trainers will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you will need to achieve your goals.
Each personal training session will last either 30 or 60 minutes as purchased and will start and finish as per the appointment booking. Trainers will hold an initial consultation with members, and this time may vary.

Rescheduling Appointments
We understand emergencies happen and we will try to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule your appointment before cancelling it.
If a rescheduled appointment can be made for that day - we will endeavour to change the time for you.
Personal Training Cancellation/Rescheduling Process
All appointments for personal training will be scheduled directly between the personal trainer and reception staff.
Personal Training Refunds
No refunds are offered on personal training passes/sessions purchased in advance, except for medical circumstances. Any request for a refund for medical circumstances must be applied for in writing to info@themalc.com.au, noting there are no guarantees that a refund will be granted.
Clients are eligible to transfer personal training passes/paid sessions to another client. This must be advised in writing to info@themalc.com.au, and must be arranged prior to the session occurring. No transfers will be processed for missed sessions.
