STRIDE & GLIDE is back, your monthly hybrid fitness challenge combining running drills and swimming workouts into one powerful 75-minute group session!
Each class is designed to boost your:

- Sunday 5th October | 9:15am – 10:30am (Outdoor Training)

🚨 Please note: Crèche will not be available for the session due to outdoor location and legislative requirements.
