Terms & Conditions: Maximum of 2 replacement lessons per term. Replacement lessons must be used within 14 days of the missed lesson and not to be taken in the last week of term. Replacement lessons are not transferable to another student. No additional replacements or credits will be given for missed replacement lessons. Students can undertake a replacement lesson in one level below or above their current level. Replacement lessons are subject to availability. I acknowledge these terms and conditions.*
