Get ready to ride your way through Bike Week at MALC! This is your chance to push yourself, clock up the kilometres, and have plenty of fun along the way. No matter your pace, it’s all about moving, celebrating Bike Week, and being part of the MALC community.
How It Works

Challenge dates: Monday 6 October – Saturday 18 October 2025

Virtual Ride: Complete a Les Mills RPM class in our Virtual Studio and score 10km per class. Class scheduled 4pm, Monday - Friday.

Strength Cycle or HIIT Cycle Live Classes: Join a live class and DOUBLE your points 20km per class. (see timetable for class times)

Track your distance: The rider with the most kilometres at the end wins an awesome prize, you must tag in or sign in at Reception, Reception will then sign your.

Attend the Murray Rides: Skills in Motion event at Dwellingup Skate Park & Pump Track
Thursday 2 October | 11am – 1pm = 30 km credited towards your Bike Week total!

To join the challenge:

Register at below before your first ride

Not a member? Complete our Child Adolescent Questionnaire before your first ride

Must be 12 years or older to participate

Sign in at Reception on arrival each time you ride, so we can record your KM's

Book online for Cycle Live classes

Bring your water bottle, towel, and appropriate footwear (no sandals or thongs).
