New Group Fitness Timetable Kicks Off 6th October

What’s New

  • Hot Water Yoga (Wednesdays, begins 8th October 2025)
    Two sessions now available: 7:45am & 8:40am

  • Aqua Balance (Thursdays, begins 9th October 2025)
    Two sessions now available: 7:45am & 8:40am

  • Aqua Turbo (Fridays at 5:30pm, begins 17th October 2025)
    Back on the timetable for spring! Please note, due to the school holiday pool inflatable on the 13th October, Aqua Turbo will begin from Friday 17th October.

Class Updates

  • Hot Water Yoga and Aqua Balance will now run as 40-minute sessions.

  • These new classes will run as an 8-week trial. If participation is low, classes may be removed from the timetable.

Important Reminders

  • During class changeovers, please wait outside the Hydrotherapy Pool until the previous session has finished. Many classes end with meditation, and it’s important that this time isn’t disrupted.

  • Participants may attend only one Hot Water Yoga or Aqua Balance session per day.

  • To secure your spot, we strongly recommend members book online in advance.
