MALC is kicking off 2026 with a powerhouse hybrid fitness challenge designed to boost performance, confidence, and community spirit. STRIDE & GLIDE is back, blending high-energy running drills with coached swimming workouts for a full-throttle 75-minute session that pushes you to new heights.
Perfect for anyone gearing up for the MALC Try-athlon or simply looking to shake up their routine, this popular monthly class delivers the ultimate fusion of endurance, strength, technique, and stamina. Every session is structured to support all fitness levels, making it the ideal space to grow, learn, and push past limitations.
